Wook Chung is the Senior Vice President of Product, Risk & Core Platforms at PayPal. He leads product management for risk, fraud, and compliance platforms supporting global fintech operations.
With over 20 years of product leadership experience, Wook has built and scaled consumer and enterprise technologies across financial services, social media, and digital banking. He previously served as Chief Product Officer at Varo Bank, driving product, design, and marketing strategy, and as VP of Product, Design & Engineering at SoFi, overseeing web, app, and chatbot experiences.
Wook has also held product leadership roles at Facebook and Google, with a focus on content monetization and mobile advertising. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech.
